Christopher, a Canadian Rotarian, is an international development practitioner and leader with 25 years’ experience in multilateral negotiations and diplomacy, global project and program management, policy development and organizational stewardship in both the public and not-for-profit sectors. He has lived and worked in Tanzania, Nigeria and Afghanistan.
