Mr Elisa Wilson Mbughuni is a senior Legal Officer within the United Republic of Tanzania working as public servant. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Law from Moshi Co-operative University, Postgraduate Graduate Diploma (PGD) in law from the Law School of Tanzania, an alumnus of the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Centre for Security Studies (DKI APCSS) currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Defence and Security Studies at Makerere University.
